Golden Valley Athletics was created from a lifelong passion for coaching, developing athletes, and building competitive programs. With more than 27 years of experience coaching competitive club and high school volleyball, along with five years at the collegiate level, our goal is to bring that experience home and create something special for athletes throughout the Central Valley. Our Mission Golden Valley Athletics provides a high-intensity, competitive, and development-driven environment where athletes are challenged to reach their highest potential—physically, mentally, and as teammates. We believe athletes grow most when they are pushed, supported, and held to a higher standard. More Than Winning At GVA, winning matters—but it isn't the only measure of success. We believe great programs are built on: Family. Accountability. Discipline. Hard Work. Respect. Trust. These values shape everything we do. Our goal is to bring athletes from different schools and surrounding communities together, break down boundaries, and create one family competing toward one greater goal. Developing More Than Athletes We want every athlete who comes through Golden Valley Athletics to become more than a better volleyball player. We want them to become stronger teammates, confident leaders, resilient competitors, and better people. Because success isn't simply measured by wins and losses. Meet the Founder

Founder & Head Coach
About the Founder / Coach With 27 years of coaching experience, my journey has been built around developing athletes, building competitive programs, and creating opportunities for young women to grow through volleyball. I spent nine years coaching at El Diamante High School, followed by two years at Tulare Western, before continuing my coaching career at Mission Oak High School for 12 years. Throughout those years, I was fortunate to be part of programs that earned two Valley Championships and made numerous runs into the CIF State playoffs. My experience extends beyond high school volleyball into competitive club volleyball and the collegiate level, giving me the opportunity to coach and develop athletes at multiple stages of their careers. After nearly three decades in the sport, creating Golden Valley Athletics has become the next chapter of a long-time goal: building a highly competitive volleyball program that combines intense training, strong coaching, athlete development, and a true family atmosphere. I want GVA to bring athletes from different schools and surrounding communities together—not as rivals, but as teammates—with one common purpose: to develop, compete, and pursue something greater together. 27 Years of Coaching • 2 Valley Championships • Multiple State Playoff Runs • High School • Club • Collegiate ONE TEAM.
